Our products are designed to withstand regular use at home, work, travel, or school.
How to care for your products?
Care instructions are described on each product page. Generally, use a gentle wash without harsh chemicals to prolong its lifespan.
Is there a warranty on the product?
Most products include a manufacturer's warranty. If any defect occurs, we will replace the item or issue a refund.

Where do they deliver to?
We deliver throughout Spain, including the peninsula and the islands. Some items are also available for shipping within the EU.
How much does shipping cost?
Many items include free shipping. If shipping is required, the cost will be calculated automatically at checkout.
How quickly is an order processed?
Processing usually takes one business day. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
What payment methods are available?
We accept credit cards, PayPal and other convenient methods available in Spain.
Is it possible to return the product?
