Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of order delivery.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging and in perfect condition .

To request a refund, please contact us via our support email.
Once the request is approved, we will give you instructions for shipping the returned product.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process the refund within 3–7 business days .
The money will be refunded to the same payment method used for the purchase.

Used, damaged, or unpackaged items are not eligible for a refund.
